I don't see what all the fuss was for....especially Jennifer Connelly winning an Oscar...for this? She's hot, and she was okay in this, but COOOME OOON!!!! I still don't get why Russell Crowe wins for Gladiator, but not this or The Insider.....
Anyways, this was better than I thought.

I absolutely loved this movie, especially then ending. Very human drama, and based on a real person. Very entertaining.

I'm sorta in between on this one. I thought the movie was well done, but not SO well done to warrant all the "OH YOU GOTTA SEE THIS" hype and the oscars...

Good film, though.

Mitch, if this was "better than you thought", what's with the 2 star rating??

That being said. When I saw it in the theatre, I loved it. I watched it again recently, and although I still enjoyed it, it wasn't quite as good as I had remembered...i wonder if I watch it again in 10 years, will it suck?

When I saw this movie in theaters, I absolutely loved it. I ended up seeing it three times! A fantastic movie with a real story, Russell Crowe makes you truly believe he is John Nash. A Beautiful Movie.

A big fat "meh" for me too. I guess this film suffered from all the hype. I found it dull and uninspired.

I didn't think Russell Crowe did a good imitation of a person who is lossing it.

What's your rating of this movie?
