funny movie. An easy Sunday night watch with a bowl of Choco-chip ice cream & a LARGE glass of Choco-milk...mmmmmm choco-stuff.
I always liked this one, but was never gaga over it. I think Marisa Tomei was very good, but I don't know how on earth she won the Oscar here. Must be a real slap in the face for whoever was nominated and didn't beat her that year.
"What did the 5 fingers say to the face?"

Never saw the big commotion about this one. Chuckled a few times the first time, then saw most of it recently on TV and was like, "What the...?" Just not that funny. Joe Pesci doing a nice Italian stereotype - big stretch. Marisa Tomei was better on Seinfeld.

Wow. Mitch is pretty harsh.

A cute movie, that while not overly deep, is a pleasant offering with some fun performances from Pesci, Tomei, and the guy who plays the judge.

Having rewatched this the other night, I was amazed to discover that it is indeed true that Marisa Tomei has actually become MORE beautiful as she has aged.

Cases in point: Before the Devil Knows You're Dead and The Wrestler. Despite the addition of almost 20 years, she is way hawter in those two films than in My Cousin Vinny.

(Not sure she deserved an Oscar, but it is a pretty good comedic performance.)
