|Cast: Jack Nicholson,
Director(s): James L. Brooks
Just caught this on the tube. Pretty good chick flick overall. Nicholson's part is one the most unlikable and original characters in a long time. The writing was top notch. Many parts of the movie are downers, but the movie ends on a happy note.
One of the greatest lines: A female fan (of his writing) as Nicholson "How do you write women so well?"
"I think of a man, and then I remove logic and accountability"
I didn't love the movie as a whole, but the acting was great by all. I though Kinnear was very good (and even Cuba Gooding Jr.) Nicholson was excellent as always.
Good movie, it was better than I thought it would've been...
Hey! Check out this link:
I scored 83% after 60 movies! Some of them are hard!
Agreed. Liked it better than I thought too. Didn't care for or believe in the ending though. Cooome Ooooon!!!
Still, nice acting all around.
Helen Hunt peaked here and will never be heard from again. ('Team America' notwithstanding.)
