|Cast: Robert Hays,
Director(s): Jerry Zucker, Jim Abrahams, David Zucker
Classic all the way. Some of the humour is dated but it's still A-one material from the visual gag pioneers. Love the jive talkers, Robert Hays' drinking problem, "Over, Under. Roger, Roger! What's the vector, Victor?", "Ever been in a men's locker room Billy?", etc...
Makes me laugh every time.
Now, see...THIS is classic one-liner comedy! Christ, I STILL watch it and catch jokes I never caught before...
Agreed on all counts. Every scene is a riot.
"Ever seen a grown man naked Billy?"
The entire backflash to the disco bar is damn funny!!
"Surely, you can't be serious!"
"I am serious. And don't call me Shirley."
Can it be? We've found a film we ALL agree on?
"We have to get this man to the hospital."
"The hospital! What is it?"
"It's a big building where they put the sick people."
Single-handedly rescued Leslie Nielsen from obscurity, resurrecting his flagging career and reinvented him as a comedian. AWESOME!!
OMG one of the funiest movies i have ever seen.
If you have not seen it before you should die.
the movie has great lines like when the pilot says,"Have you ever been in a cockpit before."
"have you ever seen a grown man naked?"
hahahahaha good movie
The movie has alot of hidden gags that you find
one of my favorite lines from this one...
Captain, how soon can you land?
I can't tell.
You can tell me. I'm a doctor.
No. I mean I'm just not sure.
Well, can't you take a guess?
Well, not for another two hours.
You can't take a guess for another two hours?
side splitting, even after seeing this dozens of times.
