I'm pretty sure most people will not agree with this one! I liked this one, quite a bit. I was laughing almost the whole way through. A big part of this was because I saw it with Amar. He's great to watch stupid movies with. If you haven't seen this, rent it with another guy (I seriously doubt a single woman on the plant will like this) who likes to laugh, grab a few beers, and just let go. I was surprised I liked this considering I've never liked a Wil Ferrel movie (I turned Elf off!).

Loved it. A no-Brainer to sit back and laugh.

Geez Louise, this was bad! I watched it with my bro and barely chuckled. Derek, how can you love this and turn off "Elf"?? I'm sick of movies that have these little pop-up cameos with Ben Stiller, Jack Black, Luke and Owen Wilson, etc....that look like they're all sharing some in-joke that no one else finds funny. OK, so you take this movie with a grain of salt, granted, but COME ON! Just plain unfunny. Sad, wasted talent. Still a Will Ferrell fan though.

Hated it!! I only made it about 25 minutes before the urge to throw up took over, and in the interest of staying clean, I had to turn it off. However, I loved Elf. Go figure.

I'm not much surprised with the reviews. You have to be in a pretty giddy state of mind to enjoy it. But man did we laugh our asses off.

I lasted rougly 30 minutes into this unfunny disaster of a film. Ranks up there among the worst movies I've ever had the displeasure of viewing.

I like a dumb, "brain-off" comedy as much as the next lad, but this was terrible.

I fell asleep about 25 minutes into the film.

The only thing I BARELY smirked at was Steve Carell's character but even THAT was over-the-top, ok ok I get it...he's DUMB. Stop flogging the horse...

I'm getting more enjoyment out of this refreshing "Mountain Dew" and am more excited to learn that it's Caffeine Free than ANYTHING I saw in this film.

you're nuts man. This movie is very funny, and smart funny at that.

re-watched yesterday. If I could, I'd increase my rating here. I don't understand how so many could bomb this. It's really, really funny. I guess, most people just don't "get it' with this one. It seems that the more I watch it, the funnier it gets.

It's you and me, Deril. Leave these bozos to their own world!
motleymitch wrote on July 20, 2007, 5:32 pm
Yeah Deril, it's just you and Derek, with your mutual love for Anchorman and Stargate and Contact.

Better than Magnolia and Babel and all that other crappy shit from Stinker Lagoon!

What's your rating of this movie?
